Rosemary Conley’s 3-2-1 diet

Rosemary Conley’s 3-2-1 diet

Rosemary Conley is the queen of British diets: she has written twelve books on diets, she is currently 71 years old and since she lost weight, going from being an obese woman who could not keep her feet from standing to a wiry and active woman, not but you have regained the lost kilos. Her books have sold over seven million copies, making her a celebrity. Her typical diet is low-fat, low-fat but still good in carbohydrates, making her less popular in the age of protein diets. But Conwley is back in the bookstore with a new diet, which combines the method that made her so successful with the nutrient timing of the Fast diet.

His new diet is called the “3-2-1 diet”, or the 3-2-1 diet, and it is very simple.
It allows you to lose two kilos in the first week and half a kilo in the following weeks, up to the maintenance period. It does not have a set duration: depending on the weight you want to lose, continue period number 2, and when you are in the right weight, move on to the maintenance phase.
In addition to this advantage (maintenance exists and it is easy), the 3-2-1 diet does not prohibit any food : it simply alternates very restrictive days with days of normal nutrition, in which you can eat occasional goodies or even a pizza . Here’s how it works

DIET 3-2-1: HOW IT WORKS
The 3-2-1 diet works by alternating between light or light days of 800 calories and days in which you eat normally, according to this scheme.
The first week: 3 days of 800 calories and 4 days of normal nutrition
The second week until weight loss: 2 days of 800 calories and 5 of normal nutrition
Maintenance:  1 day of 800 calories and 6 of normal nutrition.
The 800-calorie day is protein – carbohydrates come from fruits and vegetables. On normal days you can eat pasta, bread, rice or potatoes safely, and even sweets.
Alternating between low calorie days and normal days helps the body burn more than in a traditional diet.
From the second week, it is recommended to do half an hour of physical activity of your choice.

Let’s see Conwey’s advice for dealing with light days.
