Here’s what Chloe did to lose 45 pounds:
1) She changed her diet, eating only natural foods: Chloe has learned to avoid any industrial and fast food food, of which she felt dependent. You have thus revolutionized your shopping cart, deciding to buy only fruit, vegetables, whole grains, legumes, meat, fish, yogurt. Not counting her portions, she just changed the things she ate and every now and then she indulged in a treat. Gradually her taste improved, making her appreciate more natural and less fat foods.
2) she joined the gym: Chloe joined the gym, to burn more calories and increase her lean mass at the expense of fat.
3) She understood how to be in deficit: without following a precise diet, Chloe however recorded what she ate on a calorie counter app, in which she also added physical activity. She thus understood that the essential thing for her was to be in a calorie deficit situation to lose weight.
