Dr. Kirk’s post-vacation diet
A simple but effective post holiday diet to lose the holiday or holiday weight? Here are the tips from nutritionist Fiona Kirk to quickly lose the weight that we gained in our relaxation break, and that we don’t want to carry with us when we return. Without going hungry and without drastic measures.
You can follow this diet for up to a week to quickly deflate 2 kilos.
FIONA KIRK’S AFTER-HOLIDAY DIET
As soon as you wake up, drink a glass of water and lemon juice and optionally some fresh grated ginger.
Breakfast
A package of natural full-fat Greek yogurt with a teaspoon of honey. A coffee without sugar.
After breakfast, do thirty minutes of mild physical activity such as yoga, pilates brisk walking on a treadmill or stepper.
If you don’t have time, 10 minutes of more intense physical activity with the Tabata method is fine.

At the end of the workout , eat a kiwi, two slices of pineapple or melon or two fresh prunes or drink a glass of natural sugar-free orange juice.
Before lunch , eat a dozen almonds or 4 walnuts.
Lunch.Â
A warm vegetable purée without legumes or potatoes with a teaspoon of oil. Otherwise a cold soup like this light gazpacho. Or the cold cream of zucchini, walnuts and lemon you find here.Â
Followed by mixed salad with a level teaspoon of oil and a little apple cider vinegar. End a meal with a walnut.
Snack. 6 almonds and a fruit as in the morning.
Dinner. 180 grams of white meat without fat or white fish (for example sea bream, sea bass, natural tuna) or 200 grams of shrimp or octopus tails. Cooking must be grilled or baked with flavorings. For vegans, a pound of wheat muscle or 130 grams of tofu.
Combine a portion of sautéed mushrooms, sautéed peppers, courgettes, aubergines, with a level teaspoon of oil and spices and flavorings of your choice. Or tomato salad. The quantity of vegetables is free. Finally, 100 grams of banana or 120 of grapes or 2 large plums (250 grams).
After dinner. Relaxing and detox tea without sugar. Try the recipe for slimming herbal tea with spices.Â
Alternatively, a glass of cold chamomile tea with lemon juice and stevia.
