Light Coconut Cake: 150 calories per serving
This light coconut cake is a perfect dessert for breakfast, gluten-free and with no added fats apart from coconut: per serving (equal to one eighth of the cake) it has only 150 calories, and must be combined with reduced-content jam. sugars for a balanced breakfast in the morning (such as Hero light jam).
It is perfectly balanced in the macros: it has in fact proteins, few carbohydrates and low fats. A perfect mix for breakfast. It is also gluten-free.

COCONUT LIGHT CAKE: 150 calories per serving
500 ml of pasteurized egg whites (Naturelle type)
50 gr of rapé coconut / flaked coconut

75 gr of buckwheat flour
25 gr of coconut flour (brand Baulevolante or similar )
300 ml of vegetable milk type of rice, or rice or coconut or light unsweetened almond (provamel, alpro, etc.: choose the 30 calorie one every 100 ml) or skimmed milk
50 g of: sugar, cane sugar, coconut palm sugar or agave syrup + half a teaspoon of stevia / truvia grated rind of a large lemon or a large orange half a sachet of vanilla yeast, also organic Procedure:
Let it cool first in the open oven, after five minutes take it out. When cold, it should be kept in cling film. It can be kept for 4 days out of the fridge.
For breakfast it is perfect with a generous spoonful of Hero Light jam (only 20 calories more).
