The homemade nutella from Vivere Armoniamente
Who has never tried homemade Nutella? I have done various experiments. What I like most is the Vegan Nutella with Coconut , because it is simple and very fast to make. The one closest to the original Nutella is this one , 200 calories per 100 grams. Both are light versions of spreadable cream. But these days I will be experimenting with a new homemade Nutella recipe, the hazelnut cream from Vivere Armoniamente , which has shared a simple and healthy recipe on its fb page .
Here are the ingredients of their homemade hazelnut cream: Homemade
Nutella, recipe from Vivere Armonioso
100 gr of toasted hazelnuts
30 gr of dark chocolate
15 gr of unsweetened cocoa powder
45 gr of brown sugar
60 ml of water
10 gr (one level spoon) of seed oil
Procedure: chop the hazelnuts in a mixer with sugar and bitter cocoa. Melt the dark chocolate with the water, let it cool and add the oil. Combine the dark cream with the hazelnut, sugar and cocoa mixture, whipping it in the mixer until you get a creamy consistency.
I have done for you the count of calories and nutritional values of this homemade Nutella, and here is the verdict:
Calories:Â 447 for every hundred grams of product (a product of about 260 grams, compared to about 530 of Ferrero Nutella)
fat: 34 grams;Â carbohydrates: 22 grams;Â proteins: 8.38.
Dcomedieta’s advice:
You could further reduce calories by over 50 per serving by eliminating sugar, in favor of stevia or erythritol.
