For our fruit and vegetable extracts to be effective, there are two ways: either to use only vegetables, mixing the sugary vegetables with the other options, or making a balanced mix between fruit and vegetables. vegetables in this proportion: 100 g of sugary fruit or vegetables + 300 g of vegetables for our extracts or centrifuged. If, on the other hand, we combine only the least sugary vegetables, the quantities are free . We can then personalize our fruit and vegetable extracts with a piece of fresh ginger, a handful of fresh mint or basil leaves, some stevia or a splash of lemon or lime juice, a sprinkle of cinnamon. NON-SUGAR VEGETABLES: always to be used in combination with sugary fruit or vegetables in doses of 300 grams (maximum) or alone in various combinations (free quantity) = zucchini, broccoli, rocket, watercress, salads, peppers, tomatoes, radishes , cucumbers, spinach, celery and fennel.
Another mix can be made with the unsweetened vegetable combined with the avocado:in this case it is better to use the centrifuge and not the extract, so that the fibers and the body of the avocado make our drink creamy. The doses for the avocado are about 60 grams, the unsweetened vegetable 300 grams maximum.
