Fat-free oat cookies: the recipe

These fat-free oatmeal cookies, with the addition of raisins, are a healthy, homemade alternative to packaged cookies – two large cookies provide 105 calories, and only one gram of fat.
They are also very simple to make.
Here is the recipe.

OAT COOKIES WITHOUT FAT
Ingredients: 130 grams of
Mallorca soft wheat flour (or other soft wheat flour: if you use whole wheat flour, double the doses of apple puree)

90 grams of oat flakes
65 grams of Moscobado cane sugar or 6 abundant tablespoons of Truvia (in this case each biscuit will have 38 calories)
4 tablespoons of barley malt or rice
a pinch of salt
a teaspoon of baking powder
50 grams of raisins
2 egg whites
a large pinch of cinnamon
a pinch of teaspoon of baking soda
half a pack of 100 grams of apple puree

The process for making fat-free oat cookies is the easiest in the world. Just mix together all the ingredients apart from the raisins, which instead must first be soaked in warm water, drained well, dried and added to the top. On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, put the mixture in regular spoonfuls, making round biscuits: about 18 come from the dough. They should be put in the oven at 180 degrees for about 10 minutes until they take on a nice golden and crunchy appearance.
