Cheese tea light: the recipe for tea with milk cream
It is called “cheese tea” or “ Cheese tea ” but you don’t have to imagine a tea with a Gruyere flavor. It is a trend that has never stopped since 2017, that of black or green tea on top of which is added a foam of milk cream. Although it will turn your nose upside down, cheese tea is a healthy recipe if you know how to prepare it well.
Here’s how to do it by avoiding cream and adding a few extra proteins for a good and hungry-breaking result.

CHEESE TEA LIGHT: THE RECIPE OF MILK CREAM TEA
Ingredients for a glass.
For the base.
a bag of green tea or black tea with chocolate English Tea Shop Chocolate
the tip of a teaspoon of matcha tea (alternatively a sprinkle of ginger or cinnamon)
3-4 ice cubes (optional)
300 ml of
stevia water
For the cream:
30 grams of light Philadelphia
a tablespoon of condensed milk
80 ml of skimmed milk / less than half a glass
50 grams of fat-free quark cheese or white skimmed Greek yogurt
a little stevia to sweeten (optional)
a pinch of salt
Make the tea with your sachet in 300 ml of water.
Sweeten it with a little stevia and eventually pour it into a very tall glass adding the ice cubes. Separately, mix the skimmed milk with a tablespoon of condensed milk. Dilute yogurt and philadelphia with very little stevia and a pinch of salt. Add the two milks, until the mixture is creamy but not too thick. Pour it over your tea, without mixing the two. The cream must stay on!
Sprinkle with matcha powder or spices.

When to enjoy our Cheese Tea light?
- For breakfast, instead of coffee, with a slice of toasted wholemeal bread with 100 grams of white skimmed Greek yogurt on top and a teaspoon of sugar-free honey or jam. Total Kcal: 300.
- As a snack, with 2 almonds or two cocoa pavesini. Total Kcal: 160-163.
