DR. PETRUCCI’S 10-DAY BELLY DEFLATES DIET: VIA 3 KG

Morning drink.
A cup of warm or warm water with the juice of half a lemon and a teaspoon of malted rice or sugar.
Breakfast at 11.00.
Foods should be eaten in this order.

  • A soy yogurt or 200 ml of soy milk + an egg with a soft yolk.
  • Two rice cakes with 60 grams of medium ripe mashed banana and cinnamon or a kiwi or a handful of red fruits + 2 rice or corn cakes with a teaspoon of apple compote.
  • Coffee or green tea with stevia.

Snack: one hour before lunch.
200 ml of organic apple juice + 25 grams of parmesan or parmesan.
