Light pizza with only 2 ingredients very easy

A light and digestible pizza, immediately ready, that we can cook in the oven or in a pan.

It has no rising times and is very easy to prepare. Possible? Yes, and the result, even if it is not like real pizza, is very good and will be my lunch tomorrow!

This light pizza has been around for some time and I finally decided to try it too. The result was surprising, because even if one of the ingredients is unusual it doesn’t taste different at all. I’m talking about yogurt!
In fact, today ‘s diet pizza has yogurt as a secret ingredient, the other is wholemeal flour.
It gets ready in one minute. Here’s how to make it and how to season it.

LIGHT AND DIGESTIBLE PIZZA WITH ONLY 2 INGREDIENTS.

Ingredients for a pizza with a diameter of approximately 18 cm.

The ingredients for a pan-fried or baked pizza for one person are as follows.

For the base (280 calories)
70 grams of wholemeal flour or Fiberpasta flour + a teaspoon of instant pizza yeast.
Seventy grams of white skimmed Greek yogurt (type Fage 0%) at room temperature.
a pinch of salt (optional).

For the filling (196)
100 ml of tomato sauce, also with basil + half a level teaspoon of grated parmesan
, oregano, salt and pepper
100 grams of light mozzarella Galbani Santa Lucia or 100 grams of lean ricotta (save 36 calories!)

Method.

Mix the ingredients for the base, make a loaf and roll out the dough to create a round pizza.

At this point you can cook it in a non-stick pan or put it in the oven, which is the best option for the edges to be
crunchy. In a pan it should be cooked on one side for 6-7 minutes, turned and then seasoned with the sauce, mozzarella and a spoonful of parmesan, if you want a sprinkling of pepper.

I advise you to chop the mozzarella with the parmesan separately in a mixer to obtain a homogeneous filling. Use a large lid to cook the ingredients on top of the pizza, it will take 6 minutes and it is ready.
In the oven, instead, use a non-stick plate or plate lined with parchment paper, put the pizza with the sauce, cook at 200 ° for about 12 minutes, take it out, add the mozzarella and parmesan filling and put it back in the oven for another 4 minutes.

Now you can enjoy it! It has only 476 calories, less than half of a traditional margherita pizza, and is a great compromise for those on a diet.
