6 juice recipes for weight loss and detoxification
I am not a fan of fruit and vegetable juices obtained with the extractor, nor am I a fan of centrifuged, which I appreciate in moderation. Many people believe that cold-extracting fruit and vegetable juices get more vitamins than eating whole fruit or whole vegetables.
The whole fruit or the whole vegetable not only has all the nutrients, but most of all it has the fiber.
Fiber plays a very important role in reducing the glycemic load of fruit and in the perception of satiety.
These are things to take into account if we choose to make centrifuged to lose weight.
Furthermore, precisely the absence of fiber or its modification (if for example we blend fruit and vegetables), raise the glycemic index of our juice or smoothie or centrifuged. This is why we often drink centrifuged or juices which are real bombs, and alas, not just vitamins.
They are less satiating than the whole fruit and are glycemic more relevant.
For this reason, even the juice from an extractor worth hundreds of euros will never be able to compete with the intake of the whole fruit.
And in parallel, a smoothie, that is a smoothie mixture of fruit and vegetables that also maintains the fibers (everything is blended inside and there is no waste), reaching a certain heat with the blades (even the centrifuge) which in theory would be 50 °, kills enzymes.
So if you love smoothies and juices, they are fine as long as you use minimum speed or stop the blender after the first 10 seconds.
Having said that, I will list six easy recipes for smoothies or juices for weight loss: you choose how to make them.
The combination of vegetables and fruit makes them harmless from a glycemic point of view.
They are recipes with a fat-burning, detoxifying and purifying effect.
My advice is to alternate between the three proposals, making a choice of 1 in the morning and 1 in the afternoon per day.
They are valid as replacement meals:Â the recipes must replace breakfast and snack!
6 RECIPES OF CENTRIFUGATES FOR SLIMMING AND DETOXIFYING.
MORNING RECIPES
- GRAPEFRUIT CENTRIFUGAL: a grapefruit or an orange, a piece of fresh ginger root, two sticks of celery, a quarter of fennel, a sprinkle of cinnamon. Sweeten the juice with a teaspoon of honey or black molasses.
If we make the smoothie: add a cup of green tea and five almonds. - PINEAPPLE: one green apple, a quarter of fennel, fresh ginger root, two slices of fresh pineapple, fresh mint leaves. If we make the smoothie: add a cup of oolong tea and 3 tablespoons of coconut milk.
- GREEN CENTRIFUGATE: a yellow apple or 2-3 slices of pineapple, a bunch of spinach, a bunch of parsley, a cucumber, 2 sticks of celery, fresh ginger root. Sweeten the juice with a teaspoon of honey or black molasses. If we make the smoothie: remove the fruit and add a cup of apple juice.
AFTERNOON RECIPES
- RED CENTRIFUGATE: a hectogram of blueberries or currants, an orange, a carrot, half a beet. If we are making the smoothie: add a cup of unsweetened grapefruit juice excluding the orange, a spoonful of goji berries and a level teaspoon of honey.
- GREEN CENTRIFUGATE : a bunch of rocket, a stick of celery, 50 grams of avocado, half fennel, half cucumber. If we are making a smoothie: add a cup of water.
- SPICE CENTRIFUGAL : a large cucumber, turmeric and cinnamon powder, fresh ginger, 1/2 fennel, a small green apple. If, on the other hand, we make a smoothie: add a 125-gram jar of low-fat yogurt, half a glass of water, stevia.
