How to remove the belly in 4 steps

Many people write to me asking for advice on how to remove the belly , have a flatter abdomen, reduce the waistline. Most of the time these are women who, while physically normal and not overweight, have excess fat right where it is not needed. Where does it come from?
And why does the belly not drop despite a healthy diet and exercise? The reasons are manifold. Let’s say the body automatically finds itself storing the fat reserves around the belly and organs (visceral fat) in most people. This abdominal or rather visceral fat is dangerous for health, because it is also linked to the development of diseases, to conditions such as insulin resistance, metabolic syndrome, etc. In short, abdominal fat, as you have read somewhere, is not only ugly to look at, but it is risky for health.
I will list the reasons why it occurs and then I will explain how you can eliminate the problem . Consider that our body does not go to watertight compartments, and on the abdominal fat, various causes are linked to each other.

WHY DO I HAVE ABDOMINAL FAT?
1) Slow metabolism and high hormones: Abdominal fat is often caused by a hormonal problem. The hormones that come into play in the formation of abdominal fat are numerous. In general, unless we have chronic or pathological thyroid function problems, and unless we are in menopause (if our waistline increases in menopause is partly normal), our hormonal picture is adjusted starting from the metabolism. If the metabolism is slow, the hormones are also unbalanced and in this case it is more likely that the slow metabolism is a consequence of hormonal problems: for example an excess of estrogen or a low production of thyroid hormones play a role in the capacity of our body to metabolize fats and sugars.
2) Stress, lack of sleep (and hormones high): a hectic and stressful life leads to an excess of cortisol (hormones again) which is linked to an accumulation of fat in the abdominal area. What does stress mean? Work stresses us. The family or our social stresses us. But, beware, even the diet stresses us. And physical activity stresses us. There are people who accumulate belly fat because they eat little and train too much.
3) Wrong diet, impaired digestion (and high hormones as well as slow metabolism):restrictive diets, diets that lack macronutrients or micronutrients (clearly the first case, the lack of a macronutrient, is more serious) can compromise digestion and compromise our bacterial flora. The depletion of the bacterial flora is also linked to a situation of poor digestion, abdominal bloating and a tendency to convert what we eat into fat more easily.
4) Low immune defenses: points one, two or three cause problems at the immune level (or again, the immune defenses are lowered and digestive problems, excess pounds, metabolic slowdowns occur).
