Dissolve a teaspoon of potato starch or corn starch in a little water, until you get a white and liquid batter without lumps. Add two teaspoons of unsweetened cocoa (10 grams), a large pinch of cinnamon or other spices, mix well again until creamy.

Pour it into a saucepan with 2 heaped teaspoons of Truvia or erythritol and 200 ml (a glass) of water. Bring to a boil, stirring often. Once it reaches the boil, turn off and add 5 grams of dark chocolate. Melt the cube and serve immediately. Kcal. 90 (without dark chocolate: 75).

Aztec hot chocolate.
This hot chocolate does not include thickeners. The recipe is for one person.

Aztec chocolate

Dissolve 10 grams of unsweetened cocoa in a little water, adding a pinch of cinnamon and a pinch of paprika (sweet or spicy) and 2 heaping teaspoons of truvia or erythritol.

Dilute the mixture in 200 ml of almond milk without added sugar, light, such as Alpro and put the mixture on the fire with a peel of half an orange well cleaned and deprived of the white part, stirring often until it goes out just before boiling. . Before pouring the mixture into the cup, remove the peel, put 5 grams of extra dark chocolate in the cup and pour the chocolate. Mix and drink. Kcal. 65.
