-3 kilos with dr Migliaccio’s 7-day diet
A one-week diet that allows us to lose up to 2-3 kilos of weight is palatable and above all can be done safely even by those who work outside the home. This is because the foods prescribed in the diet are easy to find. It is the 7-day diet of dr Migliaccio, one of the major promoters of the Mediterranean diet, who unfortunately passed away recently.
A week in which you undoubtedly eat less but without having to struggle after meals.
And you lose up to 3 kilos, while there is no contraindication to repeat the diet for another week to lose up to one size.
This is because Dr. Migliaccio , who developed it, chose a balanced regimen.
Migliaccio is in fact President of the Italian Society of Food Science , nutritionist and dietician, one of the most important in Italy.
The diet can be followed by anyone , except for those in particular health conditions, i.e. suffering from liver problems, kidney failure and diabetes.
You can alternate between lunch and dinner and Dr. Migliaccio recommends a brisk walk of half an hour a day.
Is dr Migliaccio’s 7-day diet to be trusted?
I would say yes, even if I personally suggest the third variant of breakfast as the most adequate.
And the use of wholemeal bread and pasta for a greater but not excessive intake of fiber, while I do not recommend replacing the vegetable side dish at dinner with seasonal fruit.
The calories are roughly the same, but the vegetable platter will fill you up much more and a sugar-free digestive herbal tea could make you quit the meal.
Finally, if you feel like snacks between meals, choose cucumbers: they are very low in calories and diuretics.
Let’s see together Dr. Migliaccio’s 7-day diet.
