Oat biscuits without cooking
For 24 biscuits. Serving size: 3 biscuits. Calories: 186.

160 grams of honey.
160 grams of rice malt.
270 grams of gluten-free oat flakes.
30 grams of carob seed flour (alternatively bitter cocoa)
250 grams of
vanilla flavored almond butter: two tsp.

The process is very simple. Just mix all the ingredients. First mix the carob seed flour with the oat flakes, then add honey, malt and vanilla. Lastly, the almond butter. Once the dough is obtained, with the help of a spoon create 24 round biscuits on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or use paper cups and make balls. Place the pan in the freezer for 4 hours.
