3 RECIPES TO LOSE WEIGHT AT BREAKFAST
- Chia pudding with yogurt.
Mash a 100-gram ripe banana, add a 150-gram package of white fat-free Greek yogurt, 100 ml of vanilla plant milk and a generous spoonful of chia seeds.
Mix well, let it rest for 5 minutes and serve with a sprinkling of cinnamon or cocoa.

As an alternative to banana (ripe) strawberries, an apple or a pear cooked and reduced to a puree in doses of 200 grams are good. - Tropical porridge pudding (to be made the previous night).
In a saucepan, pour 200 ml of coconut water or pineapple juice with no added sugar, a pinch of whole salt, a teaspoon of honey and 40 g of whole oat flakes.
Bring the mixture to a boil and mix well until you get a very thick cream. Add a date or dried apricot into small pieces, let it cool and put in a cup. On the top layer, pour 100 grams of skimmed Greek yogurt cream with stevia. Then put in the fridge.
Serve sprinkled with half a teaspoon of flaked coconut flour.

Blend 100 grams of avocado with 15 grams of bitter cocoa, a pinch of whole salt, half a glass of almond milk or other vegetable milk, stevia or erythritol or other sweetener, a teaspoon of chia seeds.
Put the mixture in the fridge, in a nice cup (to be done the night before).
