Today I propose a  1200 calorie balanced diet with a customizable scheme according to the various food categories.
In this article we see an example, useful for a very sedentary woman, over 35, who wants to lose weight with an average of 4-5 kilos per month.

1200 CALORIES BALANCED DIET: TYPICAL SCHEME

Breakfast.

Coffee or tea without sugar (ok stevia or tic) plus a food of your choice from the following

  • 100 grams of semi-skimmed or soy milk.
  • a 125-gram skimmed yogurt type Vitasnella or low-fat soy yogurt type Alpro.
  • 50 grams of light ricotta.
  • 100 grams of white skimmed Greek yogurt.
    Plus a choice of food between.
  • 2 wholemeal rusks or two rice cakes with 2 teaspoons of apple compote or one of jam. Or 150 grams of fruit of your choice except banana, figs and grapes or 25 grams of unsweetened breakfast cereals.
  • Snack
    100 grams of fruit (no banana, grape, avocado, persimmon) + a cucumber or a small carrot.
