1000 calorie, balanced and simple diet
This 1000 calorie diet scheme is a restrictive but balanced scheme.
It is an ideal diet for inactive, short stature women over the age of 40 who need to lose weight in a short time.
A similar scheme can be followed for six days, while on Sunday you can have a free meal, for lunch or dinner, in place of the lunch or dinner menu, where free meal does not mean 3 courses, but a more moderate choice. (a substantial first course or a pizza).
In this way, on average, the total daily calories do not exceed 1100/1200.
The menu of this 1000 calorie diet is weekly, and can be followed for up to 4 weeks, after which it is preferable to increase the calories a little at a time, with an extra snack and 50 grams of bread or a medium fruit to accompany the protein meal in the two weeks later, and an extra snack plus 100 g of bread to accompany the protein meal in the last two weeks.
From the third month you can add an additional snack of your choice, and make one day totally free from the diet per week.
This way you lose an average of 7 kilos per month in the first month, 3 kilos in transition.
At the same time, you can start walking the first month at least three times a week, the second month every day, and from the third one or two sessions of slightly more intense physical activity.
Let’s see the outline of the 1000 calorie diet on page two.
I recommend that you speak to your doctor for any adjustments or to follow the diet, this like any other diet.
