Yes, I know, every now and then I talk about foods that make you fat, I can’t resist. In fact, I realize that often it is not the desire to eat less that is lacking, but rather a food awareness of what we put on the plate.

In an interesting study they asked participants to freely use a light product, which was not actually light.
Were they able to eat the next meal? Most of them replied yes, convinced that they had kept themselves light.

Often labels that we should read better, but also some dishes that according to everyone are light. And paradoxically they induce us to exaggerate.

There is an absurd urban legend that vegetable oils of canola, flax, etc., reduce body fat. They certainly don’t make you lose weight. They are oils.
