Yogurt mask: very fast and effective
The transitions from one season to another are the perfect times for me to try face masks: the reason is simple, they are the times of the year when we have new fruit and vegetable options (which can be blended and used as wraps for face and hair, for example a face mask with strawberries or cucumber, purifying) or where the skin needs to be pampered most. But this yogurt mask that I propose now is an exception: it can be done at any time of the year, it is very simple and gives excellent results. The skin is more compact, luminous, soft and elastic. All thanks to the prebiotic and probiotic substances contained in the mask.

YOGURT MASK: FAST FACE MASK
Half a pack of whole Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon of honey
3 tablespoons of oat flour
Mix all the ingredients and spread them on your face: keep the mask for about 15 minutes (it will tend to dry out), then rinse your face with warm warm water, well, and pat gently with a towel. After this yoghurt mask your skin will look different!
