Workouts after the holidays from Christmas to Epiphany have become very fashionable in recent years: most of the coaches who have youtube channels develop workouts of up to 30 minutes or even shorter with the aim of burning as many calories as possible. Obviously there are various types of training after the holidays, even for not very trained subjects, up to those designed for those who are already familiar with high intensity workouts and want something more impacting on a physical level.
In this article we see them all: if you want to lose weight from the end of the Christmas holidays onwards, these workouts after the holidays are perfect for the whole period of January. Choose one a day, carving out half an hour of time.

WORKOUTS AFTER THE HOLIDAYS: BEGINNERS LEVEL

Unlike the first workouts, here we start with coordination, toning and flexibility exercises which, however, do not require special skills and do not involve much of the cardiovascular system. They can be alternated with the former, if desired. The duration is about 30 minutes and you can do one a day.

Finally the advanced level. Here we have short and intense workouts, of the HIIT or AMRAP type.
You need to be in good physical shape and continue training to the end, perhaps stopping a few more seconds to catch your breath. Clearly they are the ones that burn the most calories. One a day is enough. In two weeks you will also have disposed of the 1996 Pandoro. Skip the 30-second prelude or one-minute talk in case.
