Winter fruit: how to turn it into a delicious dessert?

Winter is that time of year when people eat less fruit.
The reason is obvious: winter fruit is not as tempting as summer fruit, and usually from October to March there is a nice drop in per capita consumption of both fruit and vegetables, as we see here.

Everyone likes summer fruit, winter fruit doesn’t satisfy in the same way.
Think of the apple, a year-round evergreen, and a nice pair of seasonal cherries or strawberries or a nice slice of watermelon. What do you like best? Furthermore, in the summer we look for more moisturizing foods, in the winter we rely on minestrone and soups, but apart from this the overall consumption of vegetables decreases.

And what happens when we eat fewer fruits and vegetables? We generally eat more sweets.
That is, the apple alone does not tell us anything, the apple pie is already another story.

Finally, winter fruit often has fiber that makes it difficult for many to digest. As a snack they depress us, as an after-meal they inflate us.
But we don’t have to despair and rely on supplements.
We have to sharpen our wits because winter fruit can become very good.
