What makes you fat? Your kitchen!

what makes you fatThe secret to losing weight? It fits in your kitchen . Not in the shelf on the right, I’m not talking about a secret ingredient like vinegar, garlic or yogurt for weight loss. If you are thinking that you have tried them all and you no longer know what makes you fat or what makes you lose weight, then look around. The answer, as I said, is right there in front of you. It is called the kitchen, meaning the space in which there are the stove, the pantries and the fridge.
What makes you fat? Start with the kitchen.
According to research  from Cornell University’s Food and Brand Lab, in fact, one of the reasons why diets don’t work, and we can’t eat either less than better, lies precisely in the way the kitchen is organized, and how it looks aesthetically.
The food you keep in the pantry, what you keep in the fridge, the smells of the kitchen, the possibility or not of having food on hand, because for example it is on the dining table, and even the color of the kitchen walls: all these things affect both your body weight than your ability to eat healthily. These are the tips of the experts

– keep a blender at hand : having a blender allows you to quickly prepare vegetable soups and fresh fruit smoothies, or chop or cut vegetables for other preparations.
– freeze the bread:freezing bread is a great way to not always have it in the pantry, close at hand. Furthermore, thermal cooling reduces the glycemic index of bread, making it less fattening.
– use aluminum foil to cover the most tempting foods, and cling film for the healthiest ones.
– sweets, snacks and baked goods do not have to be on hand. Better, if you want to lose weight they should not be in the kitchen but in a remote place that yes, if you put on something and a pair of shoes you could always reach. Eh, the supermarket.
– buy herbal teas and tea. Herbal teas rich in dehydrated fruit and flowers and spices can go a long way in helping you lose weight if you take them without sugar.
– serve the food from the stove instead of bringing it to the table: do not use serving dishes, but serve the food on the plates directly from the stove, without even carrying pans or pots on the table. This automatically causes 19% to eat less.
