Hi, I wanted to know if to lower blood cholesterol levels it is enough to include in your diet foods such as nuts (4 walnuts), soy milk (a glass of), flax seeds (a spoon a day ground), a spoon of oat flakes on the inside, one / two apples on the outside, use extra virgin olive oil as a condiment, a bottle of yogurt with plant sterols such as danacol, vegetables of any kind, legumes such as lentils and beans, as an alternative to flax seeds also chia seeds … and clearly limit the consumption of cheeses, dairy products, red meats, eggs, milk … do you think that’s enough? Of course I am talking only about nutrition then it is clear that we should also practice sport, but what could I add or eliminate in terms of food?
