What Bach flower remedies to take to manage anxiety and panic attacks?

Hello everybody. I am 31 years old and have suffered from generalized anxiety , panic attacks, hypochondria and agoraphobia since the age of 9. Symptoms started after I lost my mother to cancer at the age of 7 and a half. I have always overcome seizures alone without the help of drugs. In 2008 I decided, pushed by my cousin, to go to a psychiatrist who gave me 10 drops of xanax for two months and a tablet of euthimil for a year as a cure. I had effects both at the beginning of the therapy and upon discontinuation. I have had ups and downs since then and my panic attacks are strongest in the summer. I wanted to try a Bach flower cure. Which ones do you recommend? And what is the right dosage? Thanks in advance and happy Sunday.

Hi, unfortunately it is not possible to fully answer your question. I would recommend that you seek a Bach Flower Consultation from a certified Bach Flower Consultant in the city where you live. In fact, it is only in person that you can achieve good results. Greetings

Hi, Bach flowers can only be chosen through an interview with a flower therapist , it is not possible otherwise, so I share what my colleague has already written. On the other hand, it is also possible to carry out the interviews online via video call, I have always obtained excellent results, it is like being in the therapist’s office, you can make the same assessments, and indeed sometimes “they told me” that it helps in the exposure of the just experienced that in direct contact they would have had difficulties. Good day

Hi, I agree with my colleagues, the floral path is individual and in order to help the person a contact is necessary to be able to choose the right flowers because we are all different and the emotions that lead to panic have very different origins, only by identifying the cause is it possible ‘do something useful. Sometimes, to those who come to me waiting for a consultation, I suggest taking Rock Rose 4 drops 4 times a day to better “buffer” the uncomfortable situation but only temporarily. Sincerely

Dearest, in the meantime she was really brave to face all this alone. Sometimes, however, our strength alone is not enough. Her attacks are perhaps also a cry for help as well as pain and emotional emptiness that she feels inside her soul. I will never stop saying that to fight this malaise you need to have the courage to face yourself and your fears. In her case, the motivation (or at least one of the reasons, the triggering one) is unfortunately evident. Flower therapy is great. You are looking for a serious flower therapist colleague who will surely be able to follow you with the right professionalism. You also work with more “physical” work in order to unload the energies that find an outlet only through anxiety. Sincerely and good recovery. Cinzia Zedda – naturopath / writer

Hello, I especially agree with what my colleague Cinzia Zedda said. however, she is taking a drug (and it will be necessary to ascertain whether she takes other drugs) and for this problem that has haunted her for a very long time, I absolutely recommend a Naturopathic and Iridological consultancy that will evaluate the cause in a holistic view, working on several fronts to bring back the axis of the stress in balance. answering her question instead specifically I tell her that she can take this synergy: ASPEN CHERRY PLUM MIMMULUS RED CHESTNUT 4 sublingual drops x 3 times a day away from meals but it will not be the answer to her problem! you certainly need a Holistic and Naturopathic awareness path that works on several fronts. I will be available for more info. Sincerely Ilaria Porta Naturopath FNNHP / iridologist
