What are the natural alternatives to cardioaspirin?

I am firmly looking for natural alternatives to cardioaspirin 100 mg which I have been prescribed following a mild cryptogenic stroke but which I do not tolerate as in general I am intolerant to chemical drugs. I was advised on Ginkgo Biloba which should have antiplatelet properties but I can’t find agreement on a dosage that could be approximately equivalent to a 100 mg cardioaspirin or in any case it guarantees me a minimum of prevention. Can you help me in this sense or even if you know other suitable plants or natural substances or even combined therapies with ASA that at least allow me not to take aspirin every single day? Thank you very much. Best regards Pietro Mariani
