In recent days there are many requests for some useful address for wellness centers that also offer a weight loss program: there are those who dream of a holiday that combines diet and relaxation, which is absolutely legitimate, especially if the overweight that makes us feel little fit does not exceed two sizes. Unfortunately, just as there are “diets to avoid”, there are also those wellness centers that adopt diets to avoid . This site is not a court of miracles, and any extreme weight loss or any diet that seems unreliable to me is absolutely judged as such. Even in the choice of wellness centers and slimming centers to recommend for a holiday,I have decided to give you only addresses that talk about reliable weight loss programs . Obviously I have never tried them, I would like to say that in this case the documentation and not the direct experience is worth.
