Very fast light pizzas: the recipe
Many people when they are on a diet would like not to give up on pizza. But considering that a daisy on average brings about a thousand calories, we can give it once every two weeks or once a week at the most in order not to risk frustrating the efforts to lose weight. Those who want a tantalizing alternative to be enjoyed on other days, can then try this recipe for light pizzas that are quick and easy to make.
In fact, these pizzas are made with a base of biscuits (rice, corn, spelled).
They are delicious and satisfy the desire for pizza. The calories? Just over 157 per serving for three pizzas per person, or less than 53 calories per pizza.
Very fast light pizzas: the recipe
For 2 people.
6 brown rice cakes / spelled / corn
200 gr. ripe tomatoes
salt, pepper, fresh basil, oregano, some capers for garnish
half an anchovy cut into small pieces
40 gr. of smoked cheese or provolone .
Wet the biscuits under running water for a few seconds and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Leave them on for about twenty minutes.
Meanwhile, finely cut all the ingredients (into tiny pieces), mix them and place half a spoonful of mixture on each pizza.
Garnish each pizza with some capers and place the pan in the oven at 180 degrees for about 12-15 minutes. Take them out of the oven and enjoy your light pizzas.
