Vegan breakfast with veg budwig cream
Those who know the Budwig cream, a very healthy breakfast made of a cream with fresh fruit, pulverized whole grains and oil seeds ( find the original recipe here ) also know that the cream is based on cottage cheese or cottage cheese or yogurt or at the limit quark cheese. This Budwig cream, which has been much more successful than the Budwig diet, is actually part of a much broader diet (The Budwig Diet & Protocol, in Italian the Budwig diet), conceived by the German Johanna Budwig as a healthy diet for fight, combat or prevent health problems.
Those who have breakfast with Budwig cream f a load of nutrients between essential macro and micronutrients to start the day well, have full energy and it is also a healthy way to start a slimming path on the right foot. Here you will find the traditional recipe. The reason why the cream is made with cottage cheese or other dairy products is according to the protocol due to the fact that these particular foods contain amino acids which, combined with the mineral salts of cereal and seed muesli, would be highly recommended for those who suffer from various types of pathologies.
But is there a vegan budwig cream? Although not very encouraged in the protocol, if a person is in normal health, he can have a vegan breakfast of budwig (veg) cream.
Here is the recipe:
VEGAN BUDWIG CREAM Approximately
100 g of creamy tofu
2 tablespoons of vegetable milk of your choice
4-5 Brazilian nuts
a teaspoon of linseed oil
a tablespoon of flax seeds
a teaspoon of royal jelly or organic honey
a teaspoon of sesame seeds
a chopped fruit of your choice
a handful of goji berries or other dehydrated berries (or fresh berries)
As with the traditional Budwig Cream, it is recommended to blend all the ingredients together, especially the mix of cheese, milk, linseed oil and linseed. On this creamy base you can add the other ingredients!
The ideal would be to combine the cream with a cup of tea (white or green) and drink a probiotic before breakfast.
For those wishing to follow the Kousmine method, it is advisable to add a tablespoon of whole grains (oat flakes are fine too) and squeezed lemon juice. The cereals must be finely chopped together with the base compound.
