Vegan and vegetarian draining detox diet: 6 kg away
A vegan or vegetarian detox draining diet to lose 6 kg in 20 days: very easy to do and above all very flexible!
The diet includes a vegan substitute meal to be drunk at breakfast and lunch for the first 10 days, and then only for lunch. There are two recipes, one for breakfast and one for lunch.
The calories of the replacement meals are the same.
VEGAN AND VEGETARIAN DETOX DRAINING DIET TO LOSE 6 KG
For 10 days, the detox draining substitute meal should be consumed at both lunch and dinner.
For the remaining 10 days only for lunch.
The two recipes are different depending on the time of day.
To make them you will only need a blender!
Breakfast
A sugar-free dandelion tea to drink when you wake up, cold or lukewarm.
Recipe of the morning draining detox smoothie (detox lassi), for one person.
60 grams of ripe banana (about half)
50 grams pear
200 grams of soy yoghurt soyasun
a teaspoon of chia seeds or oat germ
Half a head of Belgian endive
1/2 cup of mineral water with low fixed residue
a sprinkle of cinnamon
half a teaspoon of truvia or a little stevia in drops (optional)
* you can replace the soy yogurt with 250 ml of soy milk, eliminating the water or adding a cup.
Sugar-free coffee or tea of your choice.
Lunch
Detox smoothie recipe for one person.
A ripe kiwi of 120 grams or the same weight of red fruits or pineapple (you can vary)
200 ml of sugar-free almond milk such as Alpro or the same amount of soy milk
100 grams of raw fennel or cucumber
a level teaspoon of seeds pumpkin
a sprinkle of ginger powder
half a teaspoon of truvia or a little stevia in drops (optional).
Snacks
100 grams of carrot or 200 grams of fennel in the middle of the morning.
10 almonds or 12 pistachios with a cup of green tea with stevia in the middle of the afternoon.
Super simple alternative . If you do not want to prepare the replacement meals yourself, you can replace them with a smoothie
obtained by mixing 300 ml of water with a sachet of COMPLETE D-EAT , a vegan slimming meal.
Dinner
150 grams of boiled and drained legumes of your choice or alternatively 100 grams of wheat muscle or 200 grams of fresh or frozen peas. Those who are vegetarians can vary with an omelette of 150 grams of egg white plus a medium egg or with 100 grams of sheep or goat or buffalo ricotta.
250 grams max of vegetables and vegetables of your choice from pumpkin, courgettes, mushrooms, artichoke hearts, chard, escarole, spinach or mixed salad or mung bean sprouts. Two teaspoons of oil in all or a teaspoon of oil and one of pesto (if vegetarians).
Konjac shirataki and konjac rice are allowed up to 3 times a week.
10 grams of extra dark chocolate or 3 nuts after dinner.
After the first 1o days, breakfast changes to 40 grams of cooked oat flakes in 250ml of unsweetened almond milk or soy or cow’s milk skim plus a teaspoon of honey or agave syrup and a sprinkle of cinnamon. In addition 5 grams of dark chocolate or a walnut.
Only the lunch replacement meal remains.
At the end of the 20-day detox, those who still have some weight to lose can continue with the 1300 calorie vegetarian diet , following the maintenance rules.
