Vanilla latte smoothie: the sugar free breakfast smoothie

It seems that Starbucks will soon land in Italy , and public opinion is divided: those who see it only as another Mc Donald’s, who instead as something greedy that we lacked and that only going abroad could be attended. Who like an extra chance to be able to use a decent bathroom while out and about (me).
However, one thing is certain: apart from the “skinny” category, Starbucks drinks are all quite caloric. A drink ranges from 200 to 500 calories, depending on whether it is a frappuccino, a smoothie, a latte. So some of the concerns of non-Starbucks relate to the excess sugar and calories in these products.

But if we’re passionate about these drinks, here’s a must-try recipe for a sugar-free, natural, low-calorie and very creamy breakfast smoothie: the vanilla latte smoothie.
The vanilla latte smoothie is a naturally protein- free, sugar-free, protein-free breakfast smoothie.
It can be done easily at home. Here is the recipe, taken and fixed from this site.

VANILLA LATTE SMOOTHIE: SUGAR FREE BREAKFAST SMOOTH, PROTEIN

For two glasses:
170 gr of fage 0% yogurt
half a very ripe banana, previously cut into pieces and frozen (60 gr)
vanilla flavor a few drops (vanillin also good)
stevia to taste or sweetener to taste (optional)
200 ml of skimmed milk
one cup of short coffee
3-4 ice cubes
calorie-free Mysirup syrup vanilla flavor , one squeeze

Total: 200 Kcal and 24 grams of protein 🙂

Blend all the ingredients, adjusting your breakfast smoothie with the sweetener only if the flavor doesn’t seem very sweet with the syrup alone. The result is a 400ml glass of smoothie. Enjoy it cold for your breakfast.
