Valerie Orsoni, the new star of diets
Since I wrote my article on the Le Bootcamp diet , the LeBootcamp diet book was launched in Italy ( you can buy it here
 ) and Valerie Orsoni has quickly become the new star of diets . A little because of her personal story of her (she has done many unsuccessful diets and by studying hard she has found a winning method to lose weight), a little because the approach of the LeBootcamp diet is very popular with us Italians.(a phased diet that is also tasty or as Valerie herself says “gourmande”), in less than a month the fame of this personal trainer and nutritionist of Corsican origins, but now resident in the United States, has grown in an incredible way, also thanks to the fact that she went on Rai television. If you still don’t have clear ideas about the diet or you want to know more before buying the book, and above all s and you want to understand if the LeBootcamp diet is for you , here are some links and reviews of the diet that can help you in your choice. I recommend it.

ADVICE FOR THOSE WHO HAVE NOT READ THE BOOK BUT WANT A TASTE OF THE DIET
1) Drink water acidulated with lemon juice in the morning
2) Walk for half an hour on an empty stomach (before breakfast)
3) Walk with a correct posture
4) Learn to breathe better
5) Sleep more to lose weight more
6) Turn off the PC at seven in the evening and go to bed at ten
7) Eat a lot of fruit and vegetables for an acid-alkaline balance of the body
8) Do simple fitness exercises (they are in the book) to stay in shape every day
9) One day a week avoid facebook
10) Do not eat over 100/120 grams of meat or fish per meal
11) Conclude the meal with an herbal tea or tea
12) Chew mint
13) Increase the vegetables to eat raw
WHAT TO KNOW ABOUT DIET BEFORE BUYING THE BOOK
1) You eat almost all foods, but there is a detox phase with nutrition limited to some foods and in particular detoxifying foods
2) Physical activity cannot be excluded: it is essential for weight loss
3) There are some foods that you do not automatically find at the local supermarket, but at the organic and hypermarket yes.
4) The diet worked 92 percent of the time.
