Unsuspected light foods that make you fat
Foods that deceive everyone, that we believe to be light: that even made us a little disgusting in taste, but that all skin and bones buy making us feel guilty if we don’t buy them too. No fear and no embarrassment, I fell for it too. Many times.
I filled my cart with dietary and very light stuff, believing that the figure would have benefited from it, or at least I would have stayed thin: which is true, but not for these foods, which actually do more harm than good. They are bad for your health and make you fat.
Here are the foods that we absolutely must remove from the shopping cart, even if in appearance they are low-calorie and harmless.
Coca cola light:the sweetener that deceives the brain, the gas, the crap. Those who enjoy light coca cola risk obesity just like those who drink traditional coca cola.
The biscuits: rice, corn, spelled. Any industrially puffed cereal is a glycemic bomb, even if the calories are few. Same for puffed rice for breakfast. Never again.
The cereal bars: hydrogenated fats, sugars, dried and sweetened fruit, puffed cereals here too. Hyperglycemia ensured even for the most harmless bars, those with less than a hundred calories. Which convert into fat.
Margarine:Â hydrogenated fats, the worst, even if of vegetable origin.
Salad sauces, even light ones: full of sodium and sugars, as well as artificial preservatives and flavorings.
Breakfast cereals : read the labels, discarding all those that contain sugars. You will be amazed at how many types of cereals have sugars, oils and salt.
Canned or packaged products: practical, of course not, but forget it. You can only buy canned legumes and vegetables, as long as you wash them very well under water. They contain sodium and in some cases sugar.
The artisan biscuits from the oven counter: they seem homemade and tasty, a pity that there are no traditional values, and the ingredients are clear. Bombs.
Popcorn in the cinema or in the microwave:not only is it puffed corn, therefore high glycemic index, but they are full of poor quality salt and butter.
