 THE JEERA BANANA COMBO:
Take cumin seeds, about one and a half tablespoons, toast them for a moment in a sticky pan and reduce to powder with a meat mallet, mortar or mixer.

The result must be a powder. Make sure you have about a tablespoon of it and mix it with half a banana (yellow, therefore medium ripe) until you get a homogeneous mixture. Eat one tablespoon after lunch and one after dinner. Cumin tends to make you burn more, and banana calms the adrenal glands and aids in digestion.
 FRESH GINGER AND HONEY:
This other recipe for weight loss requires fresh ginger root, which you can find in large supermarkets. You have to cut a large piece of it and squeeze it very forcefully until at least a tablespoon of juice comes out. Alternatively, you can blend a piece and pass it through a sieve. Mix the juice obtained with a teaspoon of honey, and take a tablespoon as soon as you wake up, before breakfast, and a tablespoon before going to bed. Ginger has a speeding effect on the metabolism, honey speeds up digestion: both are natural anti-inflammatories that improve the bacterial flora.
