Two purifying centrifuged to drink in the morning

Today I dedicate this day exclusively to smoothies and centrifuged, because you always ask me for a lot, in particular to drain, purify and help the body in its regularity. As I have already explained, juices are a great help in some cases, for example if we don’t eat a lot of fruit or vegetables during the day, but they are clearly not essential or to do a detox (the body detoxifies itself) nor to lose weight. Many people also use them for slimming purposes, but replacing them with other foods: for example, for more caloric snacks, for breakfasts with baked goods, etc. Combined with foods such as Greek yogurt (whole, at least 170 g) they become excellent replacement meals.

Let’s now see the recipe for these two purifying centrifuged.
The first of these purifying centrifugates was created by a dietician for a site specializing in smoothies, smoothies, juicing.

Here is the recipe: it’s fine for those who have a juicer or extractor, but those who have a simple blender can blend the ingredients, making it more satiating through the fibers. It should be drunk in the morning, either instead of breakfast or between breakfast and lunch

If we drink it instead of breakfast, we also eat a slice of toast with an egg, or a Greek yogurt with a spoonful of muesli for a more complete meal. It will allow us to fill up on antioxidants.

Ingredients:
a green apple (100 gr)
3-4 black cabbage leaves (alternatively half a cup of spinach)
1 cucumber
a top of broccoli (it should be steamed and not used raw, the important thing is that it remains crunchy:
if you want something raw, half a cup of rocket)
a handful of parsley
a 2 cm piece of jalapeno pepper (optional) 
turmeric half a teaspoon
2 cm of fresh ginger root or half a teaspoon ground ginger
