Two-day low-calorie diet to remedy excesses

Let’s say that one day, for an invitation, an anniversary, some festive circumstance for which you have eaten too much, much too much, you have accumulated extra weight and abdominal bloating, and you want to immediately return to the previous shape. On a day when we have eaten too much or in anticipation of a similar event, I recommend following a two-day low calorie diet.

Why a two-day low-calorie diet and not a one-day one?
Because we would be forced to fast completely if we ate twice our calorie needs in one day, and a 24-hour fast is unsustainable for most people. And unfortunately it is very easy to go too far if we have a particular anniversary, considering that a slice of birthday cake, for example, alone provides 800 calories if stuffed with cream and creams.

Better then to play cunning and take two days of diet into account. So as to eat but stay light and therefore not risk gaining that extra pound.

Below I leave you a two-day low-calorie diet scheme, with all the variants of the case.

TWO-DAY HYPOCALORIC DIET TO REMEDY EXCESSES

Day 1: detoxifying.
On this day we are going to cut down on fat, using foods rich in vitamin C and supporting ourselves with more insoluble fiber and protein.

Breakfast.
A glass of water with lemon juice + a glass of plain water.
Fresh pineapple or fresh fruit of your choice with low sugar (kiwi, citrus fruit) 300 g, coffee or tea.
Choice of 150 grams of skimmed low-fat Greek yogurt with stevia and cinnamon or 200 grams of soy yogurt with no added sugar or 15 grams of almonds or pistachios or 150 ml of delactosed skimmed or soy milk.

Snack . 100 grams of carrot. A cup of unsweetened green tea.

Lunch.
Raw rocket or fennel salad with a teaspoon of oil and lemon juice or apple cider vinegar.
Egg whites omelette with 150 grams of egg whites, 20 grams of wholemeal flour or buckwheat flour, a teaspoon of grated parmesan, a teaspoon of oil, chopped aromatic herbs, stuffed with a large sliced ​​tomato.
A sugar-free milk thistle herbal tea + two almonds.
As an alternative to egg white omelette: farinata with 50 grams of chickpea or chestnut flour with spices and herbs, baked in the oven with a teaspoon of oil or 150 grams of boiled legumes of your choice to add to the salad.

Snack . A 150 gram orange.

Dinner. 60 grams of grilled seitan or 130 grams of chicken or turkey breast or 100 grams of vegan quorn fillet.
Carrot salad (150 grams) with a teaspoon of oil and apple cider vinegar or 200 grams of sautéed mushrooms with a teaspoon of oil and plenty of parsley.
200 grams of red fruits with lemon juice.
Sugar-free herbal tea of ​​your choice.

Day 2: deflating.
On the second day we have a mild diet, to deflate the belly after the detoxifying day and lose the excess fluids caused by overeating.

Breakfast.
A glass of water.
25 grams of toast or 2 rice cakes + an egg or 125 grams of soy yogurt or 150 ml of skim milk + a teaspoon of applesauce or honey.
Sugar-free coffee or tea of ​​your choice.

Snack. A seeded cucumber or a small kiwi or 150 grams of white melon.

Lunch. 60 grams of medium-sized pasta al dente or corn dough with a teaspoon of oil and one of parmesan or nutritional yeast. A plate of grilled zucchini with balsamic or apple vinegar. Sugar-free fennel seed tea + 2 almonds.

Snack. 170 grams of pineapple or orange or 200 grams of strawberries or 150 grams of apple weighed and then cooked.

Dinner. 130 grams of hake, plaice or cod or fresh baked tuna with flavorings, a teaspoon of oil, one of grated parmesan or breadcrumbs, or 100 grams of grilled tempeh. 150 grams of tender spinach sautéed in a pan with a teaspoon of oil or butter and one of grated parmesan or parmesan. Sugar-free fennel seed tea + 2 almonds.
