Train at home and in twenty minutes with Impacto Training
How to train at home, in less than half an hour and most of all effectively? I dedicate this article to all the readers of Dcomedieta who ask me the question of questions: I don’t want / can’t go to the gym, how can I train anyway?
Often these readers do not have specific equipment, apart from a mat, so the other question is: is it possible to do a workout without weights that, however, allows us to obtain a result in terms of body shaping and weight loss? In short, is it still possible to train the muscles without weights?
To this question (which then split and even divided into three parts), I answer by introducing Fabio Inka , creator of the Impacto Training project which has its own youtube and even television channel. I nka is a certified personal trainer and athletic trainer, who had a simple but very powerful idea: to make free-body and high-intensity workouts available to many people, to maximize training results without having special tools available and not even a gym.
