Tips for losing weight for the summer
Seven tips to lose weight in the summer: really simple but effective moves to organize yourself without going on a diet, but still managing to correct your diet and challenge yourself to look your best in lighter clothes. Here they are.
SEVEN TIPS TO LOSE WEIGHT IN SUMMER
1) How much weight do you want to lose? First, make it clear what you want to achieve, but try to be realistic. In three months you can lose a maximum of 8 or 10 kilos, not 35. If you think you can take the weight off in no time, you are already starting on the wrong foot. Once you have established the “reasonable” weight to lose, set yourself the goal of losing at least half a kilo per week, gradually.
2) Keep a food diary:a lot of times people think they eat little, but in reality they eat badly. Taking note of everything that you have eaten is especially useful when you tend to eat between meals, or if you always have a piece of bread in your mouth or do not regulate your consumption of oil or drinks. Having a food diary allows us on the one hand to understand how much we eat, and on the other hand to understand if what we eat nourishes us enough (if you eat too many carbohydrates for example) and how much it corresponds in calories. Read more here.
3) Before eating anything think twice.Dieting is not about following directions, but learning to be more balanced with food. It is useless to indulge in one tear after another and then try to make up for it by staying light at dinner or skipping a meal. It is important to remember point one, always, and ask yourself: where do I want to go?
