3 SMOOTHIES OR SMOOTHIES IF YOU SUFFER FROM SWELLING BELLY

1) ANTIOXIDANT RED FRUIT SMOOTHIE
1 small carrot in pieces
1 and a half cups of mixed red fruits or blueberries or currants (150 g)
1 cup of fully skimmed milk or unsweetened rice milk
1 cup of unsweetened apple juice sweetened and organic
ice (optional) 5-6 cubes

2) HEALTHY MILKY
3 small carrots cut into pieces
1 large cucumber
1 golden delicious apple
a dozen cashew nuts
half a tablespoon of sunflower seeds
1 pinch of salt
3 tablespoons of natural whole yogurt
200 ml of unsweetened organic apple juice
5-6 cubes of ice

3) SWEET AND SOUR TOMATO DRAINING SMOKE
3 peeled ripe tomatoes
1 carrot cut into pieces
half a stick of celery
70 g unsweetened organic apple juice
3 tablespoons lemon juice
basil
5-6 ice cubes (optional)
Tabasco sauce (optional )
a pinch of salt

Procedure: depending on the recipe, blend all the ingredients well with the ice. Do not drink the smoothie immediately but always wait about ten minutes, so that it gets rid of the air. The doses are abundant: so choose one and drink it during the day (for example one glass at breakfast and one in the afternoon). Since there is fruit in the first two smoothies, reduce your consumption for the rest of the day by limiting yourself to another fruit.
Fruit must always be peeled. The pinch of salt helps the mineralizing function of the smoothie, balancing it, so don’t skip it where it is present.
