This is a low-carb, protein shake that should be eaten as a 300-calorie substitute meal.
With a balanced breakfast (a slice of wholemeal bread with butter and jam, a banana-like fruit, a yogurt or cottage cheese) of 350 calories and a satisfying and balanced dinner (rice or wholemeal pasta half a portion or a small sandwich, a 500 calories of meat or fish with vegetables of your choice), you have a weight loss plan of sure efficacy and you will be full of vitamins, lean proteins and mineral salts. Best of all, this protein shake will leave you full for hours!
HARLEY PASTERNAK’S PROTEIN SMOOTH
- 180 ml of almond milk or alternatively sugar-free soy milk
- A 125 ml jar of low-fat white yogurt
- Half a banana
- A small apple or pear or pineapple (100 gr)
- Juice of one lime or one lemon
- 50 grams of avocado
- A low hectogram of organic spinach or rocket or fennel
- Two or three optional ice cubes to give it a frothy effect Put all the ingredients in the blender or blender and voila, that’s it. The result is two nice glasses of green smoothie.
