The Weight Watchers Diet: Mistakes on Diet and Exercise
According to Weight Watchers, a real company that is still on the crest of the wave abroad due to the success of its weight loss centers, which run the famous Weight Watchers points diet (I wrote about it here ), there are false myths about weight, exercise and diet that should be abolished to prevent people from falling for it, particularly with regard to the combination of diet and exercise. It is precisely the false beliefs that people who sign up for the Weight Watchers program claim most frequently. Let’s see what they are:
FALSE MYTHS ABOUT DIET AND EXERCISE ACCORDING TO THE WEIGHT WATCHERS DIET: – If you do gymnastics you need to eat more:
depends on gymnastics. If you’re doing thirty to 45 minutes of aerobic activity, there’s no need to switch from a low-calorie diet to a normal-calorie diet, according to Weight Watchers dieticians.
– Gymnastics makes you very hungry: in reality, low or medium intensity physical activity does not increase your appetite much.
– If I do physical activity on an empty stomach I burn more fat: this thing has not been proven.
– I have to wait hours after a meal before exercising: it depends on the physical activity and your physical state, as well as on the type of meal. You can do activities even one hour after a meal. The important thing is to feel in perfect physical condition, and not overloaded.
– If you have to do sports, drink energy drinks:so-called energy drinks are not necessarily useful after physical activity. Simple water and a fruit-based snack may be enough.
I remind you that Weight Watchers is a balanced and low-calorie diet that has not existed in Italy for a few years with this name: for those wishing to know more about the Weight Watchers method, you can contact the Welcome Weight
