The tricolor detox smoothie!
A tribute to Italy and the Azzurri? The tricolor detox smoothie , a perfect draining and moisturizing after dinner, but also ideal as a snack while watching a football match!
Here are the ingredients of this fantastic detox smoothie with the colors of Italy:
–Â for the red part:Â 150 gr of watermelon (half a cup) or alternatively 100 gr of strawberries or currants + a spoonful of chia seeds
– for the white part : 100 gr of natural low-fat yogurt and half a ripe banana + 2 teaspoons coconut flour – for the green part: one kiwi, a little mint and half an apple or two kiwis plus a handful of mint Kcal: about 250
Procedure:
First, blend the watermelon with a spoonful of chia seeds. Mix very well and put the mixture in the fridge already in your glass for about an hour. After an hour, remove it from the fridge, sprinkle a teaspoon of coconut flour on it and pour the white part, which you will obtain by blending half a ripe banana with 100 grams of low-fat natural yogurt and a pinch of stevia if desired. Do not mix absolutely!
In the meantime, proceed with the green part: blend the cucumber, honey and half a peeled apple together with a handful of mint. Before pouring it on the white part, sprinkle this too with a teaspoon of coconut flour.
Finally pour the last part of the mixture into the glass and voila, your tricolor detox smoothie is ready.that you can drink with a straw or even eat with a teaspoon!
