It had been a long time since I came up with this weight loss tricks thing , although honestly I am convinced of their effectiveness… if you remember to implement them. For example, some of these are part of my routine, and have helped me to overcome the moments of diet and the consequent hunger.

In short, I learned to make them automatically: a trick I often use is to put all the food I have to eat in a single dish, in this way I avoid having to use one thing several times without even realizing it. Another trick is not to walk around the house too dressed, in cool weather, but stay in a lighter (not naked) outfit. And if I have to keep myself light in a meal, I go down on spicy: I love chilli, and in general eating spicy also helps me to satiate more, as well as burn a little more calories.
