How to do a quick detox diet to deflate?
Here is a diet cleanse created by the team of nutritionists who work for the famous program The Doctor Oz Show: it is, as the English term says, a three-day quick detox diet.
A menu to be made immediately before or immediately after a period of heavy meals and too rich and disordered nutrition and that we can repeat for another three days at the most.
The three-day quick detox diet allows you to lose a pound, reduce intestinal swelling, improve digestion and fill up on vitamins and minerals. It is a perfect solution especially when changing seasons.
The scheme can be summarized as follows: breakfast with a smoothie, vegetable-based snacks, lunch and dinner with a special soup, prebiotic and probiotic foods to deflate the belly.
In detail, here is the plan , easily customizable.
For three days we cannot eat dried legumes and cereals, meat and fish, packaged products and aged cheeses.
SHOPPING LIST FOR THE FAST DETOX DIET

- Two liters of ready-made vegetable or meat broth, alternatively stock cubes without sodium glutamate.
- 2 bags of 750 grams of frozen spring peas
- Spinach, wild herbs, escarole or chard: up to two kilos, even frozen in bags. Alternatively, same weight of pumpkin or zucchini or champignons (first read the menu below to find your way around).
- 3 packs of cottage cheese of 200 grams or 170 gram whole white Greek yogurt, also delactosed 150 grams.
- A package of soy or oat milk with no added sugar (optional).
- 3 small ripe bananas or 6 kiwis.
- One kg of carrots
- 4-5 cucumbers or 3-4 fennel
- 100 grams of unsalted shelled almonds or pistachios.
- Fennel seeds, one pack (you can find them in the spice sector)
- Honeydew, citrus or wildflower honey: 200 grams.
QUICK THREE-DAY DETOX DIET: MENU
1) Breakfast with the purifying smoothie.

After a glass of water acidulated with lemon juice to drink hot or lukewarm when you wake up, prepare yourself a smoothie with a small 100 gram banana or two small ripe kiwis + 170 grams of whole Greek yogurt or 200 grams of soy yogurt or flakes of milk or quark + a teaspoon of almond or peanut butter or two teaspoons of cocoa, cinnamon and a level spoon of honey. It is a very creamy smoothie, almost a spoon dessert.
If you want it less dense, add half a glass of vegetable milk with no added sugar. Coffee or tea without sugar (ok stevia) after the smoothie.
2) Three snacks a day with raw vegetables.
Carrot, cucumber, fennel and celery sticks can also be eaten three times a day as a snack.  3) Lunch and dinner with detoxifying vegetable soup.
For three days for lunch and dinner, we eat a vegetable soup with a detoxifying effect. We can vary the soup by changing the type of vegetable.
Ingredients: 400 grams of vegetables including spinach, chard, chicory, wild herbs. Choose the vegetables and boil them separately together with 200 grams of unsalted spring peas and for those who want a piece of onion. Drain and blend them with a cup of vegetable broth, rice or oat milk or soy milk without added sugar, parsley and a tablespoon of olive oil, a little salt. Serve it warm and enjoy it immediately.
For those with digestive problems, such as gastritis or irritable colon, zucchini, pumpkin or champignon mushrooms are recommended instead of leafy vegetables.
After lunch and dinner, you can eat up to 5 almonds or 2 walnuts or 6 pistachios.
During the day or after meals, prepare a decoction of fennel seeds or aniseed to drink for two cups a day. Boil a generous spoonful of seeds in two cups of water for 15 minutes over low heat. Sweetener with one teaspoon of honey per cup.
