It can be done whenever the need arises, but no more than three days in a row: if we have eaten too much, if we have a swollen stomach, this flat stomach diet proposed by coach Jill Gardner is for us . For three days we say goodbye to packaged foods, foods containing extra sugars, foods that are too fatty or too salty, dairy products, products containing refined flours and gluten, and the stomach will immediately seem flatter. By eliminating the foods that cause digestive stress, inflammation, gas, water retention, we can lose a pound in three days and get rid of some excess toxins.
Among the rules to follow,allow twelve hours of fasting between dinner and breakfast the next day; chew for a long time; drink a glass of warm water with lemon juice and fresh ginger before breakfast and another two or three glasses of this same water during the day; observe relaxation exercises for ten minutes, e.g. breathe deeply, stretch the muscles by stretching.

3-DAY FLAT BELLY DIET
Before breakfast (valid for every day):
 a glass of water, lemon and ginger. Half an hour of fasting walking or relaxation exercises.
Please note: there are no vegan options for this plan.
First day flat stomach diet: Breakfast: two scrambled eggs or a two-egg omelet with stevia and cinnamon. A cup of green tea. 50/60 grams of avocado with a teaspoon of almond butter. Snack: a cucumber or a stick of celery + 5 almonds Lunch: valerian or songino salad with a tablespoon of olive oil and 100 grams of natural tuna or mackerel. A fennel seed tea with stevia. Walk of 30/60 minutes. Snack:

Dinner: 150 grams of diced cooked chicken breast seasoned with 60 grams of avocado, spices to taste, lemon juice. Steamed asparagus in desired quantity with a teaspoon of oil or butter, a level teaspoon of Parmesan cheese. A cup of chamomile tea with stevia.

Second day flat stomach diet: 
Breakfast: like the first day or an omelet of egg whites instead of eggs. The rest unchanged. 
Snack
 : a medium carrot with a teaspoon of almond butter.
Lunch: 120 grams of grilled veal, 150 grams of boiled white cauliflower and salad with a few cherry tomatoes, 5-6 olives, a teaspoon of oil. A fennel seed tea with stevia. Walk of 30/60 minutes.
Snack: as in the morning
Dinner:  100 grams of salmon, mushrooms stir-fried with garlic and spices, 60 grams of avocado to make in guacamole, a chamomile.

Third day flat stomach diet: 
Breakfast: like the first day or an omelet of egg whites instead of eggs. The rest unchanged.
Snack: 125 grams of blueberries, currants or strawberries + 2 walnuts or 5 almonds
Lunch: a turkey burger (120 grams) or chicken with rocket salad with a tablespoon of olive oil. A fennel seed tea with stevia. Walk of 30/60 minutes.
