A purifying diet of only three days to deflate, fill up with antioxidants, vitamins and minerals, and restore the intestinal flora to balance: useful for quickly losing a kilo, this three-day purifying diet, proposed by The Whole Daily , is perfect if we have exaggerated at the table and want to do a few days of detox and intestinal cleansing.

THE THREE-DAY PURIFYING DIET

Before breakfast: a glass of hot or lukewarm water with half a lemon squeezed.

Breakfast. 
A smoothie like this one in link, or alternatively 100 grams of smoothie avocado with a little stevia, a handful of blueberries or currants or strawberries, cinnamon powder, half a glass of mineral water. Plus a cup of green tea

Lunch
Salad with mixed green salad or raw spinach or radicchio, wild rocket, watercress, cucumber, endive (but a mix of these vegetables is fine too) with a tablespoon of olive oil or linseed, plus a portion of 200 grams of pumpkin roasted or baked with aromatic herbs and spices to taste or alternatively 100 g of baked or boiled sweet potato or 100 g of diced apple or pear.
To the dressing you can add apple cider vinegar or lemon juice and a little sea or whole salt.

Dinner . Mixed green salad with a tablespoon of olive oil or linseed, or leafy vegetables sautéed with the same amount of oil (chard, chicory, wild herbs, spinach, broccoli are fine).
Spices and herbs to taste.
Always at dinner.

  • A portion of chicken, fish or meat broth (beef, veal) that must be prepared in this way and consumed for the 3 days of the purifying diet, according to the principles of the GAPS diet .

    Recipe for 3 days.

  • About 300/500 g of locally farmed meat with cartilage or free-range chicken or about 300 g of cod or other stewed fish, veal or chicken bones or in the case of fish, bones and heads
  • Celery, onion, a clove of garlic, a coppery tomato or a carrot according to our taste
    a little salt, a tablespoon of oil and, as recommended, some seaweed (also in the case of meat broth) or a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar.
  • All the ingredients are cooked over very low heat for as long as possible (not less than two, three hours), so it is better to use a very large three-liter pot. All the ingredients are put together with the water and cooked over a very low heat. Once the ingredients are cooked, the bones, meat or fish and cartilage or bones are removed.
  • Eliminate the parts that cannot be eaten, blend the parts of meat with a little broth. Pour the mixture into the broth, and heat it up if necessary, after having cooled it and kept it in the fridge. The dose is for 3 servings, and one should be consumed at dinner after a meal of raw vegetables.


During the day
 , herbal teas of dandelion or fennel seeds are recommended to deflate the belly, with no added sugar.
