1 tablespoon green tea blend
1 tablespoon blend for herbal tea based on tulsi (holy basil)
1 g dry ginseng root
10 finely chopped mint leaves
1 teaspoon finely chopped rosemary needles
1 teaspoon of dry cornflower
liquid ingredients for one cup: 
1 teaspoon aloe vera juice
2 drops of lemongrass (if you can also find it in leaves)
