The summer diet for cellulite from the magazine Slimming

The anxiety of the costume fitting afflicts more than half of Italians, and there is little to do about this.
There are many people who want to feel fitter, often also directed by unattainable models, but almost always more simply afflicted by a few extra pounds that do not want to go away from the previous winter. Alongside being overweight, even if modest, there are often signs of water retention, with a sense of widespread swelling, a more protruding belly and hints of cellulite.

Many are looking for last-minute solutions, often at the expense of health.
They try to fast, they are bewitched by drastic interventions, by unskilled people or, worse than worst, they order some concoction online in order to have a few pounds less on the scale.

A behavior definitely to be avoided, because if in the short term it can also give, to be optimistic, some results, it is one of the preferential paths to ruin one’s health in an attempt to improve one’s life.

The body over a period of a few years presents us with the bill of improvised diets, weight loss supplements and crash regimes. More and more difficulty in losing weight and less and less muscle and more fat, even if we may not look fat from the outside. To avoid all this, it is good to have realistic goals and always try to play ahead.

For this reason, the summer diet for cellulite that appeared in these days in the magazine Slimming seems to me an excellent compromise.
