The slimming tomato juice
A slimming juice that you can obtain with the cold extractor and which contains two key ingredients to promote weight loss: tomato, rich in lycopene and antioxidants, which reduces the effects of an inflamed bacterial flora and reduces water retention of the body, as well as having extraordinary moisturizing properties;Â and asparagus, which with its soluble fibers, gives satiety, is hypoglycemic and above all is a natural diuretic and fights abdominal swelling.

To these two important vegetables is added one of the bases of my daily diet: a raw carrot, which plays an anti-stress role and is a natural hormonal rebalancing. In short, the perfect mix to deflate, drain and fight high blood sugar, improving sugar metabolism. Â
So why not give it a try?
Here’s how it works: for a portion you need three ripe tomatoes (red ones, for gravy, or a large ripe beefsteak tomato are fine), 6 asparagus without the tips (you can use them in the kitchen) and three carrots.You can customize your slimming juice with a little ginger or a pinch of cayenne pepper, and sweeten it if you want with stevia. If you do not have an extractor, you should put the ingredients in a mixer by adding 3-4 ice cubes to make it more frothy: with the mixer you will also have the advantage of using the fibers of these vegetables!
Anyone who wants can add aromatic herbs, such as mint, for example.
Finally, if we wanted to turn this slimming juice into a substitute meal, and take the vitamins from these vegetables better, I recommend mixing a generous spoonful of instant oats and a spoonful of chia seeds into the juice. Mix very well: the result will be a vegan meal replacement with added omega 3 and 6 and other fibers!
