The simple detox diet to lose 2 pounds a week
A detox diet to follow for a period of 7 or 14 days and which would allow you to lose up to 2 kilos per week and up to 4 kilos in 15 days.
It is the diet of Jen Hoy, an expert in natural nutrition and naturopath, who recommends a simple detox program to prepare for summer, deflate and purify. The diet is a typical day to follow for 7 days, and if we like it or have to lose more weight, for 14 days.
JEN HOY’S SIMPLE DETOX DIET
- RULES.
- Do at least two hours of walking every day, and choose a relaxing activity to do in the gym, such as yoga, pilates, postural gymnastics three times a week.
- Drink at least one and a half liters of water a day.
- The detox does not work if we do not also try to take life more lightly, eliminating possible stress and sleeping at least 8 hours a day.
ALLOWED FOODS.
Fish, legumes, rice mozzarella, rice milk, hazelnut milk, unsweetened almond milk, almond or hazelnut butter, oilseeds, rice flour, rye or barley bread, potatoes, sweet potatoes, all vegetables and all kinds of fruit, olive oil, linseed oil, seaweed, wheat grass or spirulina as supplements, aloe vera juice, natural sweeteners such as molasses, barley malt and agave syrup, oats and rolled oats , red rice or brown rice or buckwheat or millet or quinoa.
No to milk, dairy products and cheeses, eggs, meat, pasta, white bread, white sugar, alcohol.
